AN URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Îlot Voyageur is the name given to a 1.5 million square foot development program. The project benefits from strategic positioning atop of the Montréal Metro’s largest transfer station and is at the heart of a vast network of bicycle paths. The area includes one of Montréal’s most important cultural centres. Îlot Voyageur also integrates the new “Central Station” bus terminal soon to be completed.
