CHUM Research Centre (CRCHUM)

BUSAC Real Estate is an important partner of Groupe Accès Recherche Montréal, owner and responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the CHUM Research Centre, launched on March 25, 2010.  The entirely new 731,000 square foot building will house administrative, teaching and research facilities. Training and research activities will be concentrated in the Viger wing whereas the Saint-Antoine wing will be composed mainly of office space, including the executive offices of the CHUM and the administrative services.

The CHUM Research Centre is a 470 million dollar projet scheduled to open in 2013.
